A. All orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekend)
All items are shipped from the either Australia or the UK and delivery time to your country/region is as follows:
- Australia & New Zealand 7-14 working days. (A-League & Socceroos merchandise will usually arrive within 5 days)
- USA & Canada 4-10 working days
- UK & Europe 4-10 working days
- South & Central America 15-30 Working Days
- Asia 7-14 working days
Note that the above time frames are approximate and during busier
times such as christmas, packages might take a little longer to arrive.

Q. Why has an item been cancelled from my order?
A. Items may be cancelled from your order if we no longer have that item in stock. Our website is updated on a regular basis and all items advertised online are in stock at the time of an update. Unfortunately on very rare occasions where we have small quantities of a particular item, orders placed between updates may exceed the quantity of items we have available.
Q. Why Has My Whole Order Been Cancelled?
A. There are a few reasons why an order may be cancelled. Usually an order may be cancelled because the billing address details provided don't match
the details that your bank has on record . Please make sure that
that the billing address you provide is the address that the card is registered
to.
Please note: You are able to have this posted to an alternate address. Please ensure billing details are same as your credit card.
A. At this time all orders under AU$1000 are free of all extra fees, duties and GST for all Australian customers...woohoo!
Customs or import duties may be applied once the package
reaches its
destination country. Extra charges for customs clearance must be
paid by the receiver of the package. We have no control over these
charges and cannot say what they may be. Our advice would be to contact
your local customs office for
further information.
A. If your order doesn't arrive within the specified time for your region please wait another 7 days before contacting us as these times are just an indication/estimate.
If your package still hasn't arrived by then you will be asked to complete and return a Denial of Receipt form, which will allow us to investigate the matter with Royal Mail.
Undelivered Items – we aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 30 days from the date on which the order was taken by us. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 30 days after the date on which the order was taken by us.
